Nasim is the principal solicitor and founder of the firm. He did his LL.B. (Hons.) from international Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan and LL.M from the University of London. He was admitted to practice in the Lahore High Court, Pakistan and admitted as a solicitor in the UK. He has attended several workshops, conferences and symposiums on UK Immigration law. He specializes in Civil Liberties and Human Rights, UK Immigration and Nationality laws, Property/Real Estate, and Arab Commercial Law.

Saba Nasim BEM

Saba graduated with a BSc in Physiology & Pharmacology before doing her MSc in Pharmacology at King’s College London. She had worked as a lab researcher in the Diabetes Department at King’s for 2 years before changing her career path and moving into Law. She did the GDL and subsequently graduated from the University of Law with an LL.M. She now works at the firm as an associate solicitor dealing with cases in immigration, human rights, family & property law. She has a keen interest in real estate/property law and is dealing with matters such as buying and selling residential and commercial properties.

Atika Akhtar

Atika is the first point of call for any queries relating to the firm. She has worked for the firm for more than 4 years and has experience in dealing with a wide range of client’s queries. She is able to guide you in the right direction for any immigration, family or property matters. Atika is an asset to the firm and believes that efficient communication with the client is necessary so that every client gets their issues dealt with in a timely manner.She is currently working as the legal secretary of our Principal Solicitor, Nasim Ahmed.

Ahmed Kamal

Ahmed Kamal is a Solicitor specialising in UK Immigration and Nationality Law, Civil Litigation, Family and Property Law. He completed his LPC from The College of Law and was admitted as a solicitor. Ahmed has experience in Business Immigration particularly Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and Tier 2 visas. He also has detailed knowledge and experience in personal immigration and human right matters which includes advising on Points Based Applications, Entry Clearance Applications, partner and marriage applications, discretionary applications outside the immigration rules and appeal matters.

Ahmed also deals with Commercial and Residential Conveyancing transactions in leasehold and freehold, Commercial Leases, Remortgages, Transfers and all aspects of Probate matters. He also specialises in areas of family law including divorce and separation, financial settlements, and children disputes.

Ahmed is passionate about his work and believes in providing clients with a high standard of service.

Husnain Nasim

Husnain graduated from the Unviersity of Cambridge with a Masters of Arts Degree in Law. He then qualified as a solicitor in 2018. He has also completed his LL.M from the London School of Economics with Distinction and has published numerous research papers. He now works in the commercial conveyancing and commercial leases department and has dealt with a vast amount of deals within that department. He has also completed his Notary Practice Course from University College London in 2020 and enjoys reading, gardening, cricket and researching Constitutional Law, Human Rights and Jurisprudence.

Shabana Ghani

Shabana Ghani’s key strengths are her specialist knowledge of UK immigration law based on her six years’ experience working with different immigration law firms. She has extensive experience of dealing with the full spectrum of UK immigration matters. Her focus is on Entry Clearance applications and appeals, Points based appeal matters, Tier 1 (Entrepreneur, Investor, PSW), Tier 2 and Tier 4 (Student) cases, Domestic worker visas, settlement cases, Discretionary Leave Applications, Domestic Violence cases, Certificate of Approval for Marriage, EEA Residence Permits and Residence Documents and all other areas of UK Immigration and Nationality Law and Human Rights.

She is fully trained and equipped with the latest techniques to tackle with the new changes of the immigration regime. She has full membership of ILPA, JCWI and has attended various training sessions to meet the challenge of daily changes of the Immigration rules.

Shereen Nasim

Shereen completed her LL.B degree from the University of Law. She has also completed her LPC and her LLM. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2018. She is dealing with immigration cases such as ILR, British Citizenship, naturalisation, EEA, Asylum and Human Rights applications. Shereen also has a keen interest in family law and is currently practising child contact orders and divorce matters.

Rabia Ahmed

Rabia graduated with an LL.B. She has a vast amount of experience in Immigration law and deals with complex matters. She is an expert in dealing with human rights, asylum, nationality, stateless applications, EEA applications (including family, extended family members, retained right of residence and Surinder Singh route), EEA settlement scheme, long residency, entry clearance, family reunion and settlement. Her knowledge in Immigration law extends from initial application stages to appeal matters. Rabia has extensive knowledge in Family law and deals with general divorces and contested divorce matters. She is fully competent in Will drafting and Residential conveyancing. Rabia is known for understanding the needs of her clients. She maintains a high standard of work and professionalism.
